The Government of Rwanda is being prepared to purchase a significant capacity of the internet Bandwidth to expand of the internet penetration within the country. Of course, this will be done with the support of the RCIP/RW team. But i also use Linux/Unix computers for network monitoring. Working with Cisco equipments are part of my daily activities (7606,6500,1700...).2 years ago i dealt with Alcatel modems to build Leased line networks;Currently, i working with has purcased a 1 STM internet bandwidth capacity to deliver it to the Rwanda government institutions(105 of them so far), as part of short term lease. the intention is to purchase huge capacity to cover 3 times the number of organizations served so far.
